SILISAN

SILISAN SCM is a custom system for managing purchasing, warehousing and sales, connected to an ERP and a CRM. I have been building it on my own since 2021: from the database design through the backend and user interface to deployment, operations and running the infrastructure it lives on.

What it does

• Product catalog – products, their details and photos in one place.
• Purchasing, warehousing and sales – the whole flow of goods from supplier to customer in one system.
• ERP and CRM integration – data is synchronized automatically, with no manual retyping.
• Reporting and audit – overviews, exports and change history.

What it’s made of

• Backend – a REST API in TypeScript. Besides the API it runs background jobs, the ERP sync, and PDF and email generation.
• Frontend – the original Vue 2 web app the company works in every day.
• New frontend – a rewrite in Vue 3 and Nuxt UI with a modern dashboard, data grids and charts.
• Cron – a separate service for scheduled jobs and regular data imports.
• Twenty CRM app – price calculations and PDF quotes for the sales team right inside the CRM. Items come from the SCM catalog and prices are recalculated live. Its features are also available to AI agents as tools over MCP.
• API for the public website – I worked with another developer on the company website and built the API the site uses to sync and display data from the SCM.
